The ultimate adventure takes place in the scenic southern part of Mozambique. During the five day adventure you will experience riding through the Elephant Park where you will see elephants, crocodiles and hippos in their natural habitat. The route "Die Pad van die Olifant" winds through some of the most beautiful scenery that Mozambique can offer, from riding through forest, to riding in sand and over dunes, as well as riding through a swamp. It's amazing! You never know if the elephants are waiting around the next corner. The most exiting thing is the cold 2M {local beer} after 180km for the day. The next day we go for a swim with the dolphins. The afternoon we ride along Lake Pitti where we will play on the banks of the huge lake. This lake is the home of the hungry croc's and hippo's. We do 90km for the day and then we go for snorkeling at one of the great reefs in the area. After a long day's riding, nothing can beat the hot showers and a cold beer at the camp in Ponta do Oura. The next day we will be riding "Hippo Hills". It's an amazing part of Mozambique and you will be told the story of why they call it Hippo Hills. Then there is a relaxing day on the beach and later that afternoon playing at the sand pits. The highlight of the day will be the visit to the Christian Children's Village where some gifts will be handed to the children. You are more than welcome to bring old clothes and / or stationery to hand out to the children. The Monday after breakfast we leave for home. This adventure is for everybody. We cater for everybody - young and old. It's important to have the first timers enjoying the experience as well. We do cater for the wife that does not ride quad and still wants to come along.
